- To safeguard Islam, the Constitution, democracy, and civilian government, Parliament shall be made supreme.
- A “training academy” shall be established to enhance the capacity building of parliamentarians/legislators.
- Final approval of all international agreements (including strategic, commercial, and educational, etc.) shall be granted by Parliament.
- The Election Commission of Pakistan shall be given administrative, financial, and judicial autonomy.
- Efforts shall be made to create harmony among national political parties in order to adopt a system of proportional representation.
- An independent, impartial, and autonomous commission shall be formed to assess the eligibility, integrity, and reputation of members of the National Assembly, Senate, and Provincial Assemblies, ensuring implementation of Articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution.
- The National Finance Commission shall review the formula for the distribution of resources between the Federation and the Provinces.
- To protect local governments and local government elections, a new chapter and schedule shall be added to the Constitution with the consensus of political parties.
- To grant financial and administrative autonomy to local bodies, financial powers shall be transferred to local governments through the National and Provincial Finance Commissions.
- Effective measures shall be taken to keep the media free from unlawful governmental and non-governmental pressure.
- The media shall be encouraged to serve as a standard-bearer of Islamic civilization and culture.
- Urdu shall be made the official language and the medium of primary education.
