- In accordance with the Constitution of Pakistan, the supremacy of the Qur’an and the Sunnah (peace be upon him) shall be established, and all laws contrary to the Qur’an and the Sunnah shall be repealed.
- The Finality of Prophethood of حضرت محمد ﷺ (Khatm-e-Nubuwwat) and the sanctity of all Prophets (peace be upon them) shall be protected at all costs.
- The decisions of the Federal Shariat Court shall be final and shall not be challenged in bad faith.
