- Women shall be provided free, compulsory education up to matriculation, and equal opportunities shall be ensured for women to pursue higher education.
- Immediate and practical measures shall be taken to ensure women’s rights of inheritance and ownership from their father’s and husband’s property in accordance with Islamic Shariah.
- Un-Islamic social customs and practices—such as illegal dowry, “marriage to the Qur’an,” wani, watta satta, swara, karo-kari, and killings in the name of “honour”—shall be eradicated.
- Separate desks for women shall be established in all public service institutions.
- Candidates who deny their mothers and sisters their lawful share in inheritance shall be barred from contesting elections and from traveling abroad.
